The One with Friendly Friday

GUESS WHAT?! To make up for being SO busy these past few weeks and to celebrate the first official day of SPRING BREAK... my mom, my beloved (today) blogging assistant, ordered PIZZA for us!! Meatless, of course.

Now don't tell my papa because he can't have pizza anymore --- something about gluten. I don't know what gluten is but if it's in pizza I love gluten. Aunt Katie can't have gluten either. There's a pizza place here that has gluten-free pizza. I offered to taste test it for papa and Aunt Katie. Wasn't that generous of me??

Don't forget to stop over and wish my furend Riley a happy barkday! She's TWO today!!

I borrowed this picture from her blog
(hope she doesn't mind)
so you could see how cute she looks
on her barkday!!

  13. Pizza and barkdays are among my favorites!!! They are making a lot of food these days that are 'gluten free.' I saw cookies the other day and am sure that it'll only be a matter of time before they find a way to make a pizza crust out of it, if they haven't already!!

PS: I hope YOU are doing well!! THANK YOU for your kind comments on the loss of our boy Tanner--It really helps to hear from those like you who understand....Take care, and enjoy your weekend!!!

  16. Pizza makes up for a lot of other deficiencies that your blogging assistant might have. I say keep her around for a bit.

  17. Hi Zona!
Be VERY thankful that you love and can EAT gluten because I (Daisy's mom) CAN'T and it is not fun, believe me, to not be able to order a pizza like NORMAL people do but my fiance makes a yummy homemade pizza for me practically every week! Glad you had a good first day of spring break today! You and your mom deserve it!
